Kanazawa Home Cooking -Morning- (Shared)
Service Description
Experience making breakfast using seasonal ingredients purchased at Kanazawa's Omicho Market, the kitchen of Kanazawa, in a Kanazawa townhouse where the lifestyle handed down from the Edo period remains. You will bake the egg rolls that go inside the thick sushi-rolls and roll them up with the other pre-prepared ingredients. There will also be a dish using seasonal Kaga vegetables, miso soup, and fruit. A souvenir of the experience is a Makisu(bamboo mat) used for cooking. Families with small children are welcome to participate, and children under elementary school age are free. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

Please note that if the minimum number of participants is not reached by the reservation deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. In that case, a full refund will be made.
