*Cycling participation requirements: Healthy individuals aged 14 or older who can ride a bicycle.
*For safety reasons, participants under 140 cm in height won’t be able to join this tour due to bicycle size restrictions.
*Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for cycling.
*Don't forget to bring a towel and a change of clothes if necessary.
*There is an additional charge of 5,000 yen for guides in languages other than English.
