Cancellation Policy

【Regarding Deposit】 Due to the special customs involved in booking geisha, we ask our clients to pay a deposit in advance. Please note that although the deposit is paid with the submission of the request, the reservation is not confirmed at that time. If a reservation is not accepted due to availability, the deposit will be fully refunded. (We will bear the handling charge in that case). We will contact you after confirming availability. 【デポジットに関して】 芸者の予約には、特殊な習慣があり、お客様にはあらかじめデポジットのお支払いをお願いしております。 リクエスト送信と共にデポジットをお支払いいただきますが、その時点で予約が確定ではないことを、あらかじめご了承ください。 空き状況により、予約を受け付けられない場合は、デポジットは全額払い戻しさせていただきます。 （その際の手数料は弊社持ちといたします。） 空き状況確認後、改めてご連絡いたしますので、お待ちください。 【Cancellation fees】 Up to 31 days before the reservation date: None // 30 days to 15 days before the reservation date: 30% of the reservation amount // 14 days to 7 days before the reservation date: 50% of the reservation amount // 6 days before the reservation date: 100% of the reservation amount // *Please note that customers are responsible for transaction fees for any cancellations. 【キャンセル料金】 体験日31日前まで：なし // 体験日30日前〜15日前：予約金額の30％ // 体験日14日前〜7日前：予約金額の50％ // 体験日6日前〜当日：予約金額の30％ // ※いずれのキャンセルも取引手数料につきましては、お客様負担となりますこと、予めご了承ください。
