Housho Sushi
Established in 1969, Housho Sushi is located in a building of a former shipping agent of the Kitamae trading ships. With its traditional charm, the restaurant blends beautifully into the nostalgic atmosphere of Ohno—a town full of maritime character—and is one of Kanazawa’s most popular dining spots. For this special experience, the fisherman will hand-pick the best catch of the day just for you. No matter what seafood you bring in, the expert chefs will prepare it with care and creativity—be it as sashimi, grilled, boiled, or in another seasonal style.
