Please enjoy a lively afternoon of Takoyaki cooking Experience at Kanazawa Machiya.
For those who do not like octopus, we have prepared many ingredients for you.
Takoyaki is a local dish consisting of octopus and condiments in a flour dough, baked into a sphere about 3 to 5 cm in diameter. It originated in Osaka in the early Showa period. Today, takoyaki is a Japanese soul food loved by people of all ages throughout the nation.
Please enjoy it in many variations, substituting sausage, corn, rice cakes, etc. for octopus, changing the ingredients.
In our experience, we have devised a flavorful way to serve it by sprinkling it with freshly shaved dried bonito flakes.
